Join The Cohort, a peer-driven program that uses the Mission, Objectives, Key Results (MOKR) and Management Report (MR) framework to create specific outcomes.

Build and Grow Your Business Ideas

On a weekly basis, participants create action plans, document their progress, and share issues and problems they encounter; all while engaging with the community and their peer group to get help in ways and areas they may never have expected. Additionally, participants are exposed to a variety of skill building sessions like
accounting/finance, human resources, marketing and other operational management topics.

Representatives from Woodforest and Women's Business Center will provide trusted guidance through the E4All kickoff, Ideas to Action workshop series and an application process to determine eligibility for The Cohort.
