In His Steps Dance Studio                                         Dance Instructor Application
In His Steps is hiring for the 2024-2025 dance season! We are a Christian dance studio that is a recreational studio with around 200 students. We offer classes for ages 18 months with levels at 18 months (tumble tots), 3-5 (tiny tots), 6-8, 9 & up (intermediate) & advanced level classes (by invitation). We offer classes in Ballet, Pointe, Worship, Tap, Pom, Character, Jazz, Hip Hop, Modern and Acrobat. Our studio is open Monday-Thursday 4:30-8:30 pm and we have two dance rooms running at the same time.  

We are looking for instructors to teach for a 9 1/2-month period, from August (end) 2024-May 2025 without changing classes or schedules throughout the year. We are a Christian studio that has prayer and devotionals in class, modest costumes with no inappropriate music or choreography, and are looking for instructors that would fit in at our studio!

Potential teachers will be positive, energetic, kind, great with kids, punctual and reliable. Able to create and follow lesson plans, focus on technique, and build our dancers to their full potential. Teachers need to have prior classroom experience as a lead instructor.
