Virtual Meal Curbside Pickup Form - For Virtually Enrolled Sycamore Students
Please fill this out every week (or as much as needed).

Free for all Sycamore Students and siblings between the ages of 1-18.

All meals will need to be consumed by the following Tuesday from a food safety perspective. Meals will be a variety of cold, shelf-stable/ready to eat, and frozen options. All frozen options will include heating instructions.

The cut-off time for placing meals will be every Sunday at 11:59 pm.  

You will pick up from your OLDEST student's school. Pick up times and locations below:

Blue Ash Elementary - 10-11 am
Maple Dale Elementary- 1:30-2:30 pm
Montgomery Elementary- 10-11 am
Symmes Elementary- 10-11 am
EH Greene Intermediate- 9:30-10:30 am
Sycamore Junior High School- 10-11 am
Sycamore High School- 11 am - 12 pm
