Lost Empire Herbs is a team of people, in house and virtual, dedicated to improving the health and performance of men and women in many different areas of their lives, most notably hormonal, athletic, sexual and cognitive.

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager who will fit in with our team, practice our values, provide top notch support to our affiliates as well as perform outreach to new potential partners.

Affiliates have been a big driver for growth for Lost Empire Herbs over the past couple of years. And we wish to grow it further. 

This role will start part time but with potential to become full time.

Tasks:
Maintain high level of communication with affiliates, recommend new campaigns for affiliates and provide performance feedback to marketing team
Recruit new affiliates through research, referrals and other avenues
Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues. Use and modify dashboards to provide executive team overview of affiliate program and offer progress.
Supply creative packages, links and reporting to affiliates as needed
Communicate and monitor compliance or brand guidelines in affiliate channel
Develop a strategic plan with executive management oversight to grow the affiliate program
Set and manage monthly, quarterly an annual goals for revenue growth
Manage accounts and develop affiliate contact management strategy
Represent LEH at industry events as possible
Use of affiliate tracking software program

Outcomes desired within 6 months:
Currently using AffiliateWP but wanting to fully migrate assets and affiliates to Everflow
Dashboard with statistics for top 5 affiliate offers with EPC’s, CPA’s, new customer acquisition cost, etc.
20+ New affiliates promoting
Grow affiliate revenue 100%+

Desired Skills & Experience:
Smart, energetic, detail-oriented and analytical
Warm, friendly and sociable to effectively manage and build client relationships
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with team members
Drive and motivation to exceed objectives
1+ year in affiliate industry
Familiarity with Wordpress, Woocommerce, Everflow, Trello, Slack, Google Drive all a plus.
