Please register for the program so we can know how many tests you need, when you'd like to pick them up, and how to contact you if there is an issue with your pick-up. Pick-ups will be *every week* at the time selected, starting the first selected day after your sign-up. To protect our volunteers' privacy, we will email you with the pickup location; all pick-ups are within walking distance of school at parent volunteer homes.

**Please allow at least 24 hours between registering and your first pick-up. Our first regular pick-up date will be on Tuesday September 7. **

If you need to change a pickup time or location please let us know by email at ebcat.contact@gmail.com; please DO NOT re-register.

All children in a household where *at least 1* child attends Earl Beatty are eligible for testing. Please sign up only once for all children in your household.
