PLEASE NOTE: You must provide an email address to complete this form. For your records a copy of your responses will be sent to the email address provided.
Membership fee for the year, 1st October 2023 to 30th September 2024 is £15 per member. Please pay your membership fees by bank transfer, the safest and easiest method. If you don't use online banking then we will accept payment by cheque. We are unable to accept cash.
Associate Membership, where you are already a fully paid up member of another u3a, is currently £7 for year ending 30th September 2024. Please advise the name of your u3a and membership number

Third Age Matters
If you would like to receive the Third Age Matters magazine you must consent to your name and address being shared with the distribution company. You can cancel the magazine at any time by contacting the Membership Secretary

Membership Fees *
For the membership year ending 30 September 2024 fees are £15 per member. Associate membership is £7 to 30 September 2024. You can pay by bank transfer or by cheque sent to Tiptree u3a Membership Secretary. To help us process your membership application please indicate how you intend to pay your membership fees.
Gift Aid
If you are a UK taxpayer please consider gift aid on your membership fee. Tiptree u3a receives 25p for every £1 paid helping us to keep membership fees as low as possible. If your circumstances change and you no longer pay tax it is your responsibility to notify the Membership Secretary

> Always act in the best interests of the u3a and never do anything to bring the u3a into disrepute

>Treat fellow u3a members with respect and courtesy at all times
> Comply with and support the decisions of the Tiptree u3a elected committee
> Advise the Tiptree u3a committee of any change in your personal details
Tiptree u3a - Disclaimer
All u3a group activities have public liability insurance cover through the Third Age Trust (full details on the website) - this is to protect the participants against claims for damage to third-party property and for third-party injury or death which might have been occasioned during the activity. This is not a personal accident or personal liability insurance and all participants in all u3a activities are responsible for their own health and safety and the safe keeping of their equipment, clothing and belongings.
Participants in physical activities should follow the advice/instructions of the Group Organiser in order to minimise any risk to themselves and other members. Appropriate clothing must be worn especially, in the interests of safety, footwear

Tiptree u3a processes member information so that we can keep you informed about events, groups and activities as part of your membership. Tiptree u3a's lawful basis for collecting this information is legitimate interest.
In processing your information Tiptree u3a will:
