Here are some of the feedback teens wrote after attending the workshop:

* After today’s workshop I am feeling not so alone with the ways of how I cope with stress. I tend to eat a lot when stressed, so to hear the same responses from peers, it makes me feel less alone.
* I'm feeling refreshed and knowledgeable. I learned what to do with negative self-thoughts.
* The most important thing I learned today is different positive coping mechanisms for stress.
* I feel better informed about how stress works, signs of stress, and how to better cope with stress.
* After today's workshop, I am feeling more confident that my problems are not unique to me.
* I learned to not avoid things and go do my homework asap because I've procrastinated for a very long time.
* I feel more prepared for stressors in school, and I feel less stressed already about school and upcoming things in my life.
