Please fill in the below form with the number of aid requests you've fulfilled locally. You can do this as often as you like (daily, weekly etc) just please don't duplicate your entries!

Each "job" is counted seperately even if it's for the same person. So if you've shopped twice this week for Mr Smith at No 4 that = 2.

We will aim to release a weekly update via our social channels to keep everyone in the loop of all the great things happening.

This will also help us (and authorities) understand the level of requests coming in.
