A request does not guarantee a reserved space. The Office of Campus Life will follow up with the email provided to either confirm or deny your request.
Please make sure you have obtained all approvals/signatures prior to submitting your request. For student organizations, you do not need the signature of your advisor, but you will need to provide your advisor’s contact info. It is your responsibility to notify your advisor of the request/event.
Your request must be submitted at least 1 week prior to the date of your event. Requests submitted later may be subject to dismissal if the space is no longer available.
If you are looking to do tabling, you do not need to complete this form. Instead, email the Office of Campus Life.
You may only host your event during college hour between 12:20 - 1:20pm. If you have an evening event, please check in with bcc-campuslife@peralta.edu
Please do not assume your request has been approved unless you have received a confirmation email of the approval.
The last day to request tabling, room, and space reservations will be on Friday, May 3rd. Please note that the atrium and auditorium have mostly been reserved for the remainder of the semester.
