Fern Hill Primary School - Pupil Withdrawal Form for School Photographs - Autumn Term 2022

On Monday 14th November, we will taking photographs during the school day for our new website. Selected images may also be published on the new Kingston Educational Trust’s website and in promotional marketing materials including the school prospectus. Some of the images will include the children, working in the classrooms and playing outside.

The photographs will be taken by a professional photographer from Hayley Bray Photography. If you would prefer your child not to be photographed, please complete and submit this form. If you have more than one child at Fern Hill, please ensure you include all of them on this form.

If you are happy for your child to be photographed and do not complete the form, we will still share any images that include your child with you and seek your permission to use them before publication.
