Poetry Consultations with Gulf Stream Magazine
Have you ever wanted to have a one-on-one consultation with a poet in the publishing world? 

This April, the editors of FIU’s literary journal, Gulf Stream Magazine, are available to book for feedback on your work, reading recommendations, and advice on submitting to journals.

Participating writers can book an appointment either virtually or in-person. The consultations range between 45 minutes-1 hour and are offered at sliding scale pricing of  $15-$50.

More details on the booking process are below:
  • Once you've booked a date, a consultant from Gulf Stream Magazine will be in touch with instructions on selecting a time.
  • Consultations are priced at a sliding scale of $15-$50 and payment can be sent via the O, Miami PayPal: scott@omiami.org
  • Poetry submissions can include between 1-3 poems (up to 4 pages). We accept .doc, .docx, and .pdf files.
  • At this time, we are providing feedback to pieces written in English and English translations.
