The Wellesley Township Fall Fair is soliciting nominations for the 2023 Wellesley Township Citizens Of The Year Award.
If you know anyone who may be deserving of any of the following awards, please complete this form.
You may nominate more than one person. Nominators and nominees are not necessarily required to live in Wellesley Township but they must impact Wellesley Township.

Nomination forms can also be picked up and submitted to Wellesley, St. Clements, and Linwood Post Offices, from June 1st 2022 to June 30th 2023.
