We are so excited that your dancer would like to compete in a solo, duet and/or trio! Please submit your request for solo, duet and/or trio through this form. One form must be submitted for each routine. All requests will be reviewed by the Choreographer and Studio Director. Approval or alternative suggestion will be communicated to the parent within 7 days of registering. Once approval has been given a minimum of $135 must be paid on the first day of the practice to the front desk. all remaining payments may be paid directly to the choreographer.

Minimum Choreography fee amounts:
SOLO: $375
DUET:$187.50 per each dancer
TRIO:$125 per each dancer
