RSVP: Healthcare for ALL Postdocs ACTION Friday October 2nd, 9am

We need your help to make sure that no UW postdoc has to go without healthcare. Paid-Direct Postdocs are targeted by the University and are considered ineligible for insurance benefits, which disproportionately affects international Postdocs. More than 450 Postdocs have signed our Petition calling on the UW administration to change this punitive, discriminatory policy, but the administration hasn't budged.

Join us on FRIDAY, October 2nd at 8:30am to rally and deliver our demand that the UW administration ensure that ALL Postdocs have healthcare.

When: October 2nd, 8:30am
Where: UW HR administration, 4300 Roosevelt Way NE

Masks and physical distancing are mandatory. We will have hand sanitizer and extra masks on hand. This action will take place in public spaces. The entire action will be at this one location, and will run until about 10:30am.
