Cost $1999+HST payable by e-transfer to cpcanadians.cchl@gmail.com upon registration confirmed by CP staff member.

The applicant will not hold the owners and staff of the Carleton Place Canadians Hockey Club liable/responsible for damages, Ioss or injury which may occur and hereby release the Carleton Place Canadians Hockey Club from any actions which may occur while attending the Development Program. This release covers travel to and from the arena as well as any and activities on and off the ice
