Dear all,

Thank you for the things you've done so far as part of the Just Like Us community. Collectively, ambassadors have spent thousands of hours in UK schools and reached tens of thousands of LGBT+ kids and future allies.

This form is for all ambassadors to complete, whether you want to move on from Just Like Us, or to continue as an ambassador in 2020-21.
