Non Stressful Stress Test
From my health professional experience, a stress test is about getting a patient to exercise (walk or run on a treadmill) until they show cardiac signs on an ECG. It is designed to look for signs of cardiac problems, in a safe and controlled  environment. This stress test isn't anything as exhausting.

Everyone has stress, whether that is worrying about paying bills, day to day hassles and difficult people in your life. We can't get rid of the stressors, but what we are looking at in this questionnaire is how you are coping with the stressors in your life. Stress itself is not necessarily a problem. Chronic stress with unhealthy coping mechanisms is problematic. The results of this questionnaire will give you an assessment of how you are coping. You will receive information on how healthy your coping strategies are.

Please complete all items. Rate each item on a scale of 1-5 (1 being Strongly Disagree and 5 being Strongly Agree). Please choose one number for each statement. Select the answer that best represents your feelings, thoughts and behaviours regarding your responses to stress. Choose how true each statement is for you.

Disclaimer: This assessment is not intended to provide a psychological
or psychiatric diagnosis and your completion of this test does not indicate a professional counselling or coaching relationship with creators or administrators of the test.
