Student Intern Application
Student Interns will be considered for kid shows only.
They must be at least 15 years old at the time of application.
They must have been in at least 3 musical theater productions.
They must have been in at least one show with Rise.
They must be cast in the Full Length or Junior Show which rehearses in the same session as the Kid Show.
Being chosen as a Student Intern is up to the discretion of the
executive
team. You will be notified if chosen to intern.
Being an intern will allow you to learn skills needed to work on a directing team (including stage management, directing, blocking, teaching lines, vocals, or choreography. It is up to the discretion of the directing team and specifically the lead director as to what part of the team you serve on.)
We consider proficiently fulfilling the student intern role to be an active first step in becoming a member of our directing teams for
future
shows.
All interns are expected to abide by the student commitment policy.
