Hey Folks!  Overthinking things like I often am wont to do...  I decided instead of just asking a bunch of people a bunch of questions I would create a questionnaire and then let it ride for a few weeks before tabulating the results and determining what sort of raiding bandwidth we might have.  The idea being trying to determine the pool of willing participants to get into some raid style nonsense.

Also opening this to Aether Data Center folks, but ultimately those on Cactuar will get priority given that it is just easier to deal with.
