2022 T-Ranch Pumpkin Patch Vendor Application
The T-Ranch Pumpkin Patch cannot wait to feature vendors from across the Rio Grande Valley! We recognize the valley's abundance of local talent and would love to showcase it. This is a great opportunity for your business to gain increased exposure across thousands of followers and visitors.

Please note that submitting this vendor application form does not guarantee your spot as an official T-Ranch Vendor. If you are selling products from two or more separate companies (ex. Scentsy & Origami Owl), there is a vendor fee per business and separate vendor applications must be submitted.

If you would like to be a vendor, please submit the following vendor application no later than Sunday, August 28. Once your form is approved by T-Ranch management, you will be contacted regarding next steps on Monday, August 29. If your application is approved the non-refundable vendor fee must be paid in full by Sunday, September 11 in order to confirm your spot as an official T-Ranch Pumpkin Patch vendor. 
At this time, the T-Ranch is not accepting any beverage vendors. 

WHITE CANOPIES/UMBRELLAS ARE REQUIRED AT THE MARKET. 
COLORED CANOPIES/UMBRELLAS ARE NOT PERMITTED. 
PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.  

Process & Timeline For Vendors
- August 28: Last day to submit T-Ranch Pumpkin Patch Vendor Application.
- August 29: Approved vendors will be contacted via e-mail.
- September 11: Last day to submit Vendor Fee.
September 18: T-Ranch Pumpkin Patch Market advertisement begins for all vendors and The T-Ranch.

Are you willing to promote the market through social media by tagging the T-Ranch  in your posts and photos at least a week before you are scheduled to participate as a vendor? This post must be on your page and stories. The more you promote the more you will sell. *
Will you bring your own generator? Loud generators are not permitted. *
Market Participation & Cost: Check dates you would like to attend; these dates can be changed in the payment & confirmation form you will receive within a week of submitting. Please make note of these dates in your calendar.

T-Ranch Vendor Terms & Conditions  
Vendor Participation & Fees: 
-Vendor application must be submitted by Sunday, August 28
-Vendor and electricity fees are due in full by Sunday, September 11
-Vendor and electricity fees are non-refundable. The market will operate rain or shine! 
-Payments are accepted via credit or debit cards only.
-Vendors are required to give at least 24 hour advance notice if they are no longer able to sell on dates of selection. Please notify T-Ranch staff by email at tranch.events@gmail.com

Vendor Setup: 
-The T-Ranch Pumpkin Patch opens at 2:00 PM on Saturdays & Sundays.
-Vendor setup time begins at 12:30 AM on Saturdays & Sundays.
-Vendor spaces will be assigned.
-Vendor booth space is NOT transferable. 
-Vendor booths MUST be ready for business on Saturdays & Sundays by 1:30 PM. Keep in mind, visitors begin parking their cars and waiting in line by about 1:30 PM. 
-No notice of absence will result in an additional $50 fee.
-Arriving late (10 minutes or more) or not being ready to sell by 1:30 PM will result in an additional $50 fee. 
-Driving in or out of the market during hours of operation will result in an additional $50 fee. 
-Vendors must provide their own equipment: WHITE canopy/umbrella (with anchors or weights), tables, chairs, décor, signage, trash cans, trash bags, wagons, electrical extension cords, money-box, and change.
-Vendors must use a WHITE canopy/umbrella. Colored canopies/umbrellas are NOT permitted. Failure to comply will result in an additional $50 fee. 
-We encourage all vendors to decorate their booths appropriately. We discourage plain booth setups. 
-A booth space constitutes a 10x10 space using straight-legged canopies. Vendors cannot reserve more than two front facing spaces. 

Vendor Take Down at Close of Business: 
-The Pumpkin Patch closes at 8:00 PM. 
-Vendors are required to vacate the property by 9:00 PM. 
-No driving within Pumpkin Patch or market boundaries is permitted until 15 minutes (8:15 PM) after close of business. 
-Tearing down booths, setups, and products before the pumpkin patch closes is not permitted. 
-Vendors are required to stay until the market closes, even if they have sold all their products.
-Vendors must clean and leave their area in the same condition as they found it.
-Vendors will be assessed an additional $50 fee if the T-Ranch staff has to clean up after you.
-Vendors must transport trash and recycling offsite. No dumping or usage of T-Ranch dumpsters is allowed. 

Booth Operations: 
-The market will operate rain or shine. Vendors should prepare for all types of weather including cover from rain or sun and weights for wind. No refunds or discounts will be given in the event of inclement weather or lack of business due to the weather. 
-All vendors must dress appropriately. 
-No more than 2 people are allowed to operate the booth at one time. 
-All vendors must be at least 18 years or older. 
-Children, friends, and family are not allowed at the booth unless they have paid the $10 general admission fee.
-Amplification of vendor’s music via iPod, iPhone, radio or car stereo during the market is strictly prohibited during pumpkin patch business hours. 
-No items of inappropriate nature will be allowed as determined by T-Ranch management. 
-Fraudulent, dishonest or deceptive merchandising or collusion to set prices among vendors may be grounds for forfeiture of the right to do business at the market. 
-T-Ranch and its affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability; lost, stolen or damaged goods; or any injury incurred during the market. 
-Intoxication from alcohol or illegal drugs will result in vendor expulsion from the T-Ranch without a refund. 

The Following Items Are Strictly Prohibited: 
-The sale of food and/or beverages of any kind. The T-Ranch owns the right to the sale of all food and beverages on the T-Ranch premises. The sale of food and/or beverages of any kind will result in expulsion without a refund. 
-Smoking and vaping is not permitted on the T-Ranch premises.
-Loud/noisy generators are not permitted and will result in a $50 fine. We try our best to eliminate noise pollution at the T-Ranch. 

Violations & Suspension From The Market: 
After three fines have been issued for a violation, the vendor will be suspended from the following market day without a refund. If the vendor incurs more than three fines (4+), then the vendor will be expelled from the market without a refund. If a suspended vendor refuses to vacate or attempts to set up the next day, an additional $125 fee will be imposed.
