River Table Request- Custom furniture form
This form is to collect information to request a custom epoxy resin and wood table or furniture, made by Bupp Woodworks & Designs in McHenry, IL. We will give you a consultation via email to design your one of a kind piece. Once finalized, an invoice will be emailed to you, and 50% down payment is required to begin any work.
