Call for Vendors: Africa Fest 2024

Join us in celebrating the vibrant cultures and rich diversity of Africa at Africa Fest 2024! Africa Fest is an annual event commemorating Africa Day on May 25th. This year, the festival will take place from May 25th to May 26th at the vibrant location of 13450 104 Avenue, Surrey, BC, Canada V3T 1V8.

Africa Fest is a colorful showcase of African arts, music, dance, cuisine, and traditions, attracting a diverse audience from across the region. It's a fantastic opportunity for vendors to showcase their products, connect with a culturally engaged audience, and contribute to a memorable celebration.

PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE

a. The vendor acknowledges that during the event photographs and video recording may be taken by the organizer.
b. The vendor permits the organizer to use any photo and video material for purposes including but not limited to promotional, advertising, distribution, business and/or community news. Photo and video material may be used in print, online media, social media, website and or other forms.
c. The vendor will not seek compensation or remuneration for the production of photo and video material.
d. The vendor releases all rights to photo and video material obtained at the event.
