Dakota State University is very excited to host its 7th GenCyber Teachers Camp for 50 6th - 12th Grade STEM teachers. Camp is provided by the NSA/NSF at no cost to attendees.

The 2022 GenCyber Teachers Camp will have a different structure this year including pre-camp activities, residential camp, and post-camp activities.

Pre-Camp activities will begin mid to late March and will be designed to provide foundational information for the participants. Pre-Camp activities will be online.

The residential camp will take place Monday, June 6 - June 10, 2022. All meals, lodging, snacks, and classroom materials are provided. Residential camp will take place on the DSU campus in Madison, SD.

Post-Camp activities will begin late August/early September. Post-camp activities are designed to reinforce topics from camp as well as provide support for integrating content into your classroom. Post-camp activities will be online.

To better serve participants, the camp will be split into 5 groups of 10 participants. By having smaller sections, we will be able to provide a more focused experience for teachers based on grade, content, and skill level. We have a lot of exciting equipment, sessions, and activities planned for this year!

April 13 - June 4 - Registration will remain open until Friday, June 4th in case spots become available
May 1 – Email notification will be sent out to chosen participants. A waitlist will be created.
June 7 - GenCyber Teacher Camp begins
