If you are planning to register for a workshop, please take note of the following important information.

• Age and Grade Limit: All workshops are designed for 5th-8th graders unless otherwise specified. Please make sure you sign up for a workshop that is age-appropriate. Participants under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
• Workshop Registration Limit: Attendees will only be allowed to participate in ONE morning workshop and ONE afternoon workshop. Additional registrations will be invalid. A full list of workshops, including times and descriptions, can be found below.
• Ticketing: Upon completion of this registration form, you will receive an email from us with your workshop information within 1-3 business days. Please follow the directions in your email regarding the ticketing process at the event.
• Check-In and Check-Out Process: Each workshop lasts 60 minutes unless otherwise specified. Participants must check-in 15 minutes prior to the start of the workshop to secure their spot. Once you are checked in, you should remain in the holding area until your group is called. If the participant is under 10, a parent/guardian must accompany them to the workshop. Otherwise, parent/guardians are welcome to remain in the holding area. Upon return, participants will be reunited with their parent/guardian and may proceed to the check-out table to exit the holding area.
• Transportation to/from Workshop locations: For everyone's safety, workshop participants will be escorted to and from the arena and the workshop location with an adult chaperone. Workshops that take place in our TEC building require parent/guardian transportation. This will be indicated during workshop sign-up and provided in your confirmation.  

NOTE: Workshop participants who fail to check-in 5 minutes prior to the start time of the workshop risk forfeiting their spot. Once the workshop begins, no additional participants will be admitted.
