In-person Level 1 Class: 
The Level 1 term B course will start on June 4th, 2024 and Level 1 Class will consist of 20 classes (term A+ term B).
It is expected to conclude in August 2024.

The Schedule of Classes: Each class lasts two hours. During the first hour, students do sitting meditation and walking meditation. In the second hour students receive a lecture on Buddha’s teachings.

No prerequisite. Beginners welcome!

Note: To advance to the Level 2, completion of both the Level 1A & Level 1B is required.
