A few reminders while using this and other forms:  

- All volunteer inquiries should be sent to:  volunteer@uwvc.org and not to any other UWVC team member.    
- Your volunteer registration confirmation will be sent automatically to the email you entered on the registration form.  
- Please do not fill out this form more than once - you will have a chance to edit your responses once submitted.  
- If you've received your automatic volunteer confirmation, your response has been recorded and is being processed.  Please do not call the UWVC office and do not contact other UWVC team members.  

Please note that the UWVC 2019 Veterans Day Parade volunteer information and communications will be included via email, the UWVC website, the UWVC parade website and Google Classroom.  

All training materials will be available to you to access 24/7 prior to the parade for questions, parade overview and logistics.
