CdC Locker Rental Registration and Contract

Please complete this form to request a locker in the Coeur de Catherine. This will request, but not guarantee, a locker for you in the CdC for the 2021-2022 Academic Year. Lockers are subject to availability.

After completing this form, please visit the Student Center and Activities Office (CdC 2nd floor) to pay your required $5 deposit (cash or check) and get your locker information.

If you renewed last spring with the Student Center and Activities office, your deposit will carry over and you will be charged $1 per every year you renew.
