The school cousneling department would like to survey parents and teachers in order to develop and provide programs that meet the learners' needs. This survey will help us determine the needs of learners individually as well as which topics we need to address in the classroom and in small group sessions. The survey is anonymous, as we require no identifying information other than grade level. We would appreciate your time answering the 10 questions below.
