Thank you for applying to be a part of Skagit Art Preschool! We look forward to getting to know you and your child(ren). There are 10 sections to fill out. Please answer each question fully so that your application will be complete.

All applications must be accompanied by a $50 registration fee and a $75 art and supply fee to be considered for admission. Additionally there is a $100 parent volunteer hours deposit due annually.
