Steubenville Mid-America July 5 - 7, 2024          PRE-REGISTRATION

We are excited to announce this year's Steubenville Youth Conference! Our theme this year is ILLUMINATE.  Steubenville is a high-energy Catholic youth conference at which teens are invited to encounter Jesus Christ through dynamic speakers, engaging music, the Sacraments, small group discussions, and fellowship with other teens. 

Incoming freshmen - current 8th graders through high school graduates (teens aged 14-18) are encouraged to attend. If you are interested in going on the trip, please complete and submit this form and a $50 non-refundable reservation deposit by February 2nd. Cost of the conference, transportation & boarding will be approximately $375. Fundraising will help offset the cost and scholarships are also available to make it affordable to those who may need help. (Last year, the total cost of the trip per person ended up at about $200 after fundraising.) 

We are going to Steubenville Mid-America in Springfield, MO
We will be staying on-campus at Missouri State University, will be joining the youth group from St. Patrick's in Gretna, and sharing a bus for the conference this year. 
Once the bus is full between the two parishes, we will not accept any more pre-registrations.

Apply to be a chaperone! We are seeking faith-filled, responsible adult chaperones - especially young adults, to join us! Please complete this form & submit a deposit if you are interested in applying to be to a chaperone. Those in their early twenties, who are living their faith are important examples for high schoolers and can leave lasting positive impressions about what it looks like at the next stage of life to be Catholic. 

TO PRE-REGISTER: 
1. Fill out this form (there is space on the form for up to 3 attendees and an adult chaperone) OR complete a paper pre-registration form handed out at Youth Group.
2. Turn in a $50 deposit for each person that will attend the conference (including chaperones) - Check or cash to the parish office, or bring to Kristin at the next youth group meeting.
PRE-REGISTRATION CLOSES ON FEBRUARY 2, 2024.

Spots are filling up quickly, so please pre-register SOONER rather than later!

Steubenville is an amazing opportunity to encounter Christ, grow in faith, and build community among like-minded friends. I pray that you will consider sending your teen(s) with us for this weekend of a lifetime.
