By clicking the "I agree to all terms and conditions" button, you agree to this clickwrap agreement. This document states that you "The above mention name and I.D number " accept full responsibility for all samples and agree to return them in the same condition that you have received it.

Furthermore, the company that requested the samples will be held responsible for the samples if the employee disappears or becomes unresponsive. You also agree to our return policy and understand that samples must be returned to the warehouse within 7 working days or a handling fee of 10% of the complete order ex VAT will be charged to the above mentioned name. In the event where the above mentioned name becomes unresponsive or disapears the company or individual that requested the samples will always be held accountable. Please note this is a clickwrap agreement so no signature is needed if the terms and condtions is clicked this agreements will be accepted.


Samples:

Samples are provided free of charge, but courier fees from our Johannesburg warehouse and back will be charged to the client's account. The client can return the samples by simply emailing us and requesting that we collect and return them. This should be done within seven working days. If the 7-working-day deadline is going to be missed, the client should notify our office, explaining why, and make arrangements for collection. If no arrangements are made, a 10% bill will be charged. Samples must be returned in the same condition as they were received, including all packaging, material swatches, and any other items. If samples are returned damaged, they will be invoked for the above-mentioned name and/or agreement holder. Also, if the accountable person becomes unresponsive or disappears, the company that requested the samples will be billed for all damaged goods.


Q.C - Quality control

Before an item leaves our warehouse, it is scanned and checked, as are all returns. The client agrees that if an item is lost, damaged, or not in acceptable condition, the items will be billed to the client's account.


Couriers:

Spitfire Multimedia has partnered with Courier Guy, who has been appointed as our shipping partner. Spitfire Multimedia will not be held liable in any shape or form for any lost or unreturned items.
