This 1-hour Zoom workshop will cover an overview of the regulations currently in place as of August 2020 regarding sexual harassment under Title IX, which include a focus on definitions of terms under the regulations, obligations of school districts, and the grievance process applicable to sexual harassment claims, as well as the reporting obligations of school staff members.

Intended Audience:
Teachers, Title IX coordinators, Counselors, Administrators

Intended Outcomes: Participants will participate in an overview of the legal principles of Title IX in order to ensure that they are in compliance.  Kaleva Law office will provide guidance on how to ensure schools are set up for legally handling any Title IX grievances.
