As a result of the fluid situation concerning COVID-19, parents/guardians are being requested to pre-register students/register Preschool (K4), and Kindergarten (EC) students at Nakoda Elementary School (SEA).  Whether you are planning to have your child(ren) attend school in person or learn from home, ALL students must have a completed registration form by September 1st.

Please provide current and up to date contact and home/transportation information.
If this information changes during the school year, please provide updated information to your schools administration and teacher to be updated in school registration system for emergencies and communication.

If you have more than 1 student to register in these grade levels, you MUST fill out an online form for each student.

All “New” and “Transfer” Preschool and Kindergarten Student Registrations will require the following for enrollment:
*Indian Status Number (Band #);
*Copy of legal documents such as Alberta Health Card (AHC), Status Card (ISN), or Birth Certificate.  (Copies can be made at the school)
*Also, please provide copies of any “legal” documents stating guardianship or custody for student file. (Copies can be made at the school)

Preschool/K4 (check with school on hours); must be 4 years of age by December 31st of the year they are enrolling (2021); and must be potty trained.

Kindergarten/EC (Full Day; Regular School Hours) must be 5 years of age by December 31st of the year they are enrolling (2021); and must be potty trained.
