Shadows Foundation Volunteer Sign Up/Agreement
Volunteers are the heart and soul of our organization. Shadows Foundation's success depends on a dedicated group of volunteers, who we call Team Shadows.

Our primary volunteer activities are Special events, where you assist with setup, event activities, and/or tear down for Shadows Foundation Special Event or Annual Event.

Duties may include:

Greeting attendees
Assisting with admissions
Setting up and tearing down sites or stage elements
Assisting at hospitality and/or ticketing areas
Event Bartending Opportunities
General event monitoring and crowd flow management
Assisting in gathering Silent Auction/Live Auction/Raffle Donations/Vendors for events

Shadows Foundation volunteers must agree to a standard of acceptable conduct that will reflect positively on Shadows Foundation and not diminish or jeopardize public trust. Volunteers must agree to behave appropriately at all times and not consume, possess, or be under the influence of any alcoholic beverage, tobacco product, or illegal drug on any volunteer project.

Shadows Foundation volunteers must agree to keep Shadows Foundation private information and contacts Confidential.

No Volunteer shall call on, solicit, or attempt to call on, solicit, or take away any Sponsor or Company with whom they have been in contact with or become acquainted with, during the time of volunteering for the Shadows Foundation.
