Yoga and DBT Therapy Group Interest
Thank you for your interest in Hope Therapeutic Service's Yoga and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Therapy Group. This group offers a supportive space for adults to participate in guided yin yoga postures, breathwork, mindfulness, and journaling. The intention of the group is to help individuals become more knowledgeable of themselves which in turn will help make choices from a more mindful and embodied place. In addition, participants will learn DBT skills that help with emotional regulation. This group is an In-Person 5-week session and will meet Saturdays 9:30am-11:00am weekly. This group has a maximum participant number of 8-10 individuals.
