Thank you for considering to stay with us at L.ve TTDI. Tenant’s minimum stay is 3 months up to a maximum of 6 months. Extension to stay beyond the 6 months can be considered and request for extension must be given at least two (2) months prior to expiration and depending on availability.

L.ve offer either Small or Large rooms. Each Small room is fitted with single bed while each Large room is fitted with a queen size bed.

Our current year 2020 monthly rental cost are as follows:-
Small room = RM 1,000.00* (Single Bed)
Large room = RM 1,200.00* (Double Bed)

* Please note that the rental cost may vary.

We will confirm availability of your room within a month of your intended stay or earlier if possible.
