Required
1. AWE E-Learning Training Course ($231.80, excluding GST)
Learners would pick up Lifestyle Management and Caregiving tips, and learn more about common medical conditions such as dementia. There would also be practical sessions where learners are taught basic mindfulness strategies to improve overall well-being.
2. AWE LifeStyle Management Course ($108.40, excluding GST)
In this course, learners would pick up lifestyle management tips on diet, exercise and stress management. There would also be practical sessions where learners are taught basic mindfulness strategies to improve overall well-being.
