I would like to use the SCBA Trailer

I am a full member of the SCBA and understand that this is a requirement to use the trailer.

I understand that this is an asset that we all own and therefore this is not for Hire / Reward.

I understand that I am responsible for checking that it is in Roadworthy Condition on each occasion that I use it, and should it not be in roadworthy condition I will not use it and notify the SCBA of the default or make the necessary repairs myself.

I understand that I am responsible for insuring the trailer for a minimum of 3rd party basis while in use.

I understand that I am responsible for the Security of the trailer while in use and in storage and if this is damaged / stolen this is my responsibility to recompense the SCBA for the value of the trailer

I understand that as an 'association' all 'association' assets are owned by all members.

I agree to return the SCBA trailer to TBYC or MBSC and that the use of the trailer is for moving boats not for storage, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

I agree to make a donation towards the maintenance of the trailer

I have totalled the costs together and detailed this below and will make the payment of this to the Sandhopper Class British Association by Bank Transfer to Natwest Account 87369702, Sort Code 601005, within 24hrs of completing this form.

(This can be paid using Online Banking, Bank App, Telephone Banking or arranged via your Bank Branch)
