12th and 13th Grade, deadline to submit this form for ALL NCSU books/online access is September 6th, 2023. Any orders after this date will be purchased by the student.

11th Grade Ms. Overdiep will order your books/Materials.

Any books/online access codes not picked up by September 26th at 3:00 PM will be returned to the bookstore. Students will be responsible for purchasing any items not picked up by September 26th, if needed for class.

You may submit this form more than once as your professors provide their required resources for each class.
