TO - ticket office
VP - Volunteer/performer registration desks
GATE - check forvwrist bands at the gates and assist with parking
W - wastewise team, recycling & cleaning, rubbish removal
BAR - bar, RSA certificate required
BLK - Blackboard venue host and manager - Take ownership of the venue, set up the actual blackboard and the PA every day, manage MC's
MC - mc/venue manager
MCS - mc/sound (La Petite Grande or Blackboard - set up mics and operate simple 8 channel PA)
COVID/TP - COVID monitoring & ticket police - wear a funny uniform!
SHOP - selling merchandise
COM - I would love to join the organising committee or help with admin leading up to the festival!

This is just to give us an indication.  We will confirm with you if you are accepted.
1. Managed by the folk festival - Free camping in the showground, limited showers.
2. Independent options organised by you:
     - Camping at Glenmack Park adjoining the festival site, currently $22pp/night.
     - Camping at Bendeela Campground 8km away, free, no showers, on freshwater lake.
     - Camping/cabins at Holiday Haven Campground 2km from festival site at Hampden Bridge.
     - Hotel and B&B options.

* I declare that I am, or will be at the time of the festival, 18 yrs or older.

* I agree to abide by the Code of Conduct.

* I agree to carry out my volunteer tasks according to the rostered hours.

* I agree to contact the Volunteer Coordinator as early as possible if circumstances prevent my commencing a shift.

* I agree to follow all established OH&S practices, procedures and instructions of the Shoalhaven Folk Club Inc which apply to the tasks I have volunteered to perform.

* Should any injury occur while I am acting as a volunteer at the Kangaroo Valley Folk Festival I agree to notify the administrator immediately or as soon as practicable.

* If I breach the Code of Conduct, I acknowledge I may be relieved of my duties and escorted from the site. Such conduct may also result in denial of future volunteer applications.
