One 6 ft table and 2 chairs will be provided.  
No tablecloth will be provided.  Please bring a table covering for your vendor table.

It is not required to bring a door prize for our military service member door prize drawing, but it is appreciated.  Do you plan to bring a door prize? *
To promote your program, organization or business, we will be showing a continuous power point presentation on our monitors throughout the conference center, except during the program.  Thus, we would ask that you create ONE power point slide that can be included in this presentation!
