Is the participant allergic to any food? (We usually have water, sliced apples and goldfish crackers for them during the program is that ok if we provide that for participant?)

Are you aware of our quiet room? (On backstage we have a quiet room that have few chairs, low light, heavy blankets, bathroom, water and some books in case our participants need a break from the crowd. Anyone from our team will lead you to it)
