Moderated Q&A Event: How are Middle Eastern and North Africans Classified Under the Law?
Join us for a moderated Q&A Session with UCLA Law Critical Race Studies (CRS) alum '16 and CRS Interim Director (2019) Sarah Khanghahi where we will discuss her 2017 UCLA Law Review article Thirty Years After Al-Khazraji and engage more broadly with the theme of how Middle Eastern and North African identifying communities’ classification under the law has evolved and the impact it has had on these communities. The discussion will be moderated by CRS core faculty member Aslı Bâli and 2L Olivia Diab.
