Body Freedom Experiences
A few sentences is plenty.

I'm collecting stories and experiences of childhood embodiment to:

🍃 Define joy and soothing experiences for those of us that have trouble identifying or accessing them.

🍃 Call readers to action as protectors of children's intuition and highlight the necessity of play.

🍃 Do healing work as adults to bring us back to this young and free self state.

Your story or stories will be shared anonymously unless you ask to be named/tagged.

These prompts are all optional. Feel free to skip around.

Reflecting on childhood experiences, particularly those related to bodies, may evoke a range of emotions for participants. I want to acknowledge and validate any difficult feelings that may arise and assure you that your emotional well-being is my top priority. If you find yourself feeling triggered or overwhelmed, please know that it's okay to step back, take a break, or reach out for support. I'm here to support you and offer resources as needed. Your experiences are valid, and I respect your boundaries and autonomy in sharing your stories.

Thank you for your courage and honesty in participating in this project.

How about a time your body was funny, clumsy, adorably awkward, or gross in a way you just have to laugh at? I'm not above sharing a fart joke.
If nothing comes to mind, how about a time you laughed really hard? Can you put us in that scene?
