MPHS FFA Officer Application 2022-23
Being a chapter officer can be a very rewarding experience! You have the opportunity to gain valuable leadership skills and to become an outstanding leader to your peers. As an officer you will be responsible for planning chapter events, coordinating with regional and state officers, and for being a role model for the chapter members. When you are out in the community you will be a known representative of our chapter and you will be expected to behave accordingly. We uphold a standard of excellence for our chapter officers and it is expected that the officers will hold themselves to that standard. If you are planning on applying to an officer position you need to be prepared to serve your chapter to the best of your ability and it will require your utmost dedication.

Once you are elected as an officer, you will be expected to attend an officer retreat during the summer where you will bond with your fellow officers and create the Program of Activities for the year. We hope you are excited as we are for the upcoming year and joining the Mt. Pleasant High School FFA Chapter officer team!

[APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY MAY 13th.]

[INTERVIEWS WILL BE ON MONDAY, MAY 16th FROM 2:20-3:30pm. (Rising freshman do not complete an interview.)]

[Attending the FFA banquet on May 20th at 6pm is required of all current and applying officers.]
