GRISO Network Interest Survey
Please fill out the form below to indicate your interest in the GRISO Network project. Your information will be kept confidential and will not be used for any other purpose.
GRISO Network is a 5-year project to facilitate scientific advances by bringing together researchers and networks working on Greenland ice-ocean-biological systems, with a strong focus on the coastal margins and links to local communities. GRISO Network will facilitate (1) activities to promote collaboration across disciplines, methodologies and nations, (2) Greenland-wide data syntheses and tools to speed research progress, and (3) the establishment of a Greenland Ice-Ocean Observing System (GrIOOS).
GRISO Network activities may include summer schools in Greenland for early-career researchers, hands-on training in scientific collaboration, seminar series, hackathons, and funded participation in workshops tackling specific research questions. GRISO Network also aims to build international collaboration and develop activities to promote data sharing and standardization, explore sharing of resources, research projects, model intercomparison exercises or informal networking, and other participant-generated ideas. One key GRISO Network activity will establish several working groups focused on different aspects of the Greenland ice-ocean system.
This form serves to gauge your interest in participation and to provide a means to join the GRISO Network mailing list.
