Venue  :    Main Pitch @ Hong Kong Football Club, 3 Sports Road, Happy Valley

Fee       :    Members and Non members  ||  HK$2,000 per camp per player
                  Sponsors  ||  HK$1,600 per camp per player using discount code

I hereby state that my child understand that by participating in the Camp there are risks of injury, death and/or loss. He/she is hereby entering the Camp at their own risk and responsibility. He/she and I ("We") discharge the Organiser and any other individual organisation connected directly or indirectly with the Camp from any responsibility in the event of including but not limited to injury, death or loss of property incurred during as consequence of or while travelling to or from the Camp.                                     

We understand that all the information ("Data") including but not limited to interviews, voice recordings, photos and video recordings taken of me by the Hong Kong Football Club ("HKFC") will be published on the website, publications, featured articles or promotion of activities in the future ("Purposes").  We confirm that the provision of Data is voluntary and out of my own free will, and waive perpetually any form of payment or compensation from the Organiser and any other individual organisation connected directly or indirectly with the Programme for the use of my Data for the Purposes.
