𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: Please fill out a 𝗗𝗜𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗧 form to secure your child's vegetarian meals 𝗢𝗥 special diet meals. Those students 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 pick up their meals at DHS instead of sending them home with their in-person siblings. We believe that this will protect our students health and safety to the best of our ability, and lessen the risk of confusion for our in-person students who are already accustomed to our current meal distribution processes. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺? We are preparing to-go meals for ALL our students who are learning in-person in our CSD buildings. We want to have an accurate count of meals to send to each school.


𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝘆 𝗶𝗻-𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹? We are going to send extra meals to each school based on the number of responses recorded from this form. Students can tell nutrition staff or their teachers (whoever is assisting with distributing meals) that they need extra meals for their virtual siblings. Please DO NOT tell your in-person student to take extra meals without filling out this form FIRST in order to help us have the correct number of meals at each school site. Please remind your child that they will have extra things to carry!!



𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿: ALL meals are FREE of charge until the end of the school year. By taking a daily meal from us, you are supporting our nutrition program and helping our department function as it normally would.
