Here at All Souls we are eager to serve those in need. Thank you for taking the time to refer a prospective care-receiver to our Stephen Ministry Program. Referrals are anonymous. We will not share your information with the individual you are referring to us. However, one of our Stephen Leaders may contact you if we require additional information. We will not be able to tell you if the individual you refer is provided a Stephen Minister nor will we be able to tell you who that Stephen Minister is. That relationship, like this referral, will also be kept in strict confidence. Self referrals are welcome.
