We are organising a workshop on multivariate data integration for omics and microbiome studies using the R package mixOmics on March 13-14 2023 (1.5 days + 0.5 day optional, 9am-5pm), Frazer institute, TRI.

This workshop will be face to face, with a hybrid option if necessary. This workshop is mainly open to researchers from the Frazer institute!

This survey will help us tailor the workshop according to your needs and select participants if we reach full capacity (30). Whilst we do not assume any statistical background, the workshop will benefit most to those with sufficient knowledge in R programming. We will contact you on February 1st once the EOI has closed to send you a link for registration. The survey closes on the 17th Feb 5pm.

Beginner: I know how to read data, what is an R data frame and a factor, and I can copy paste and run a command line in RStudio

Average: I know how to use basic functions in R, go through the help files and change an argument in a function if necessary.
